Hailing from London in the UK, Emile is a Credit Risk professional with over 15 years experience in Credit Risk Review, Credit Risk Sanctioning, Credit Risk Controls, Internal Audit & External Audit.

Currently in an executive audit role at Morgan Stanley, he has held cross-border leadership roles in matrix organizations & Tier 1 Investment Banks such as Barclays capital and Goldman Sachs covering both Credit Risk (Bank Loans) and Counterparty Credit Risk (Derivatives).

Emile is experienced in building out and Leading start up Credit Risk Review and Credit Risk Control Functions in prior roles.

He is a Subject Matter Expert in Internal Controls & Governance across the end to end credit risk lifecycle.

As a leader, Emile brings strong interpersonal and senior stakeholder management skills. Stakeholders included the Co-Chief Risk Officers at Barclays Investment Bank.

Qualified as a Charted Accountant, CFA Charterholder, FRM designation holder. BA health science (psychology)

Volunteer role as Member of the CFA Disciplinary Committee for Ethics.

Emile’s current research and areas of advisory support to Digital Futures are in the domain of ethics, risk, and governance in blockchain technologies.
